Company Policies
Arrival:
Shuttle pick up is 35 minutes before reservation. Please arrive on time. Use Google maps and not Apple maps. Location is in confirmation e mail.
Cancellation:
Refunds will be given in full if cancelled 7 days in advance. 50% refund up to 5 days and 20% refund up to 3 days. Gift card is given for anything under 3 days notice to cancel. No refunds due to weather once rental is started. Full refund, rebook or gift card will be given if we decide the weather is not safe to be on the lake. No shows will be charged for activity.
