Mornings are the best time to enjoy the lake. There is less boat traffic, and it is generally calm. Afternoons tend to get windy, and due to that, there is a chance your reservation can get cancelled.

During the summer months, dress to get wet. While we launch you and bring you into the water, you will need to get out of the kayak if we land somewhere. Also bring water, sunscreen, and phone (we supply one dry bag per kayak).

We do. They are for pick up only.

Absolutely! We even have life vests for them if needed. Please call to find out what kayak will best suit the size dog you are bringing.

It is the Hobie Tandem Island, a trimaran with a single sail to enjoy those Lake Tahoe winds in the afternoon. If there is no wind, you can pedal it, similar to our other models. There are also trampolines on the side to put gear, more people (up to 150 pounds each side), or dogs. Even if you do not want to use the sail, it is a great watercraft for the whole family!

Yes, they are. We do have a minimum restriction of 5 years old or 35 pounds. We have plenty of options for them to join the adventure.
